1. Orders & Refunds

Where is my pattern download?

If you've purchased a downloadable PDF quilt pattern from Abby Maed and are unable to find the confirmation email with the download link in your inbox, we recommend searching your spam, junk, or promotions folders for emails from Abby Maed. If you do not find it in any of these places, email us at abbymaedstudio@gmail.com.

Refund Policy

PDF PATTERNS

If you have made a duplicate PDF pattern purchase in error, we can offer you a different pattern of equal or lesser value for 60 days after your purchase. Please contact us if you have accidentally purchased a pattern more than one time and let us know which replacement pattern you would like. Include your order number and email address used when making your purchase.

Refunds are not provided on digital products as there is no way for a digital item to be returned to us.

PAPER PATTERNS

We do not accept returns of of paper patterns unless there is a defect in the pattern. If you feel there is a defect, please email us at abbymaedstudio@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order with your return request. If approved for a return and refund, the customer is required to provide Abby Maed with a tracking number. A full refund will be issued once the defective item is received.

If you are not satisfied with your quilt pattern or have trouble understanding the instructions, you can email us at abbymaedstudio@gmail.com for a response.

Lost, Stolen, and Returned Packages

Abby Maed is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please submit a safe shipping address, watch the package tracking, and communicate with your carriers about deliveries. Once the package shos as delievered, we are unable to obtain additional information from our partner carriers. We recommend contacting and filing a claim with the carrier to resolve any lost or stolen package issues. If a package is returned to use via return-to-sender and you would like it reshipped to you, we require a reshipping fee.

2. Quilt Patterns

Will you resize a quilt pattern for me?

No. Quilt patterns sold in the shop have the available sizes listed in the product description and cannot be alterend on demand. We work on each pattern for months behind the scenes and adjusting the pattern would require substantial time and additional testing.

If you wish to make a block-based or row quilt larger or smaller, consider adding or subtracting some of the blocks or rows. You can also add borders to any pattern to enlarge it to your desired size.

3. Buying & Selling Quilts

​

Can I buy a finished quilt from you?

Abby Maed is not accepting personal commissions for finished quilts at this time. If you are a quilt industry business interested in a collaboration, please contact us at abbymaedstudio@gmail.com.

Can I sell a quilt made from one of your patterns?

Quilt patterns cannot be reproduced and sold. Duplication of any kind is prohibited.

Quilts made using Abby Maed patterns can be sold in small quantities with design credit given. Please only use photos from the Abby Maed website and social media with proper credit and links.
